Key Account Manager

We are looking for a senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at our office in Vilnius!

MakesYouLocal helps webshops succeed abroad! We are welcoming many new ambitious clients and we need to strengthen our Customer Success team to make sure that we have time to listen to clients' needs, understand their challenges, and provide high-quality, timely deliveries from our teams in Vilnius and throughout Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer support and long-term relationships.
• Develop and execute strategies for client growth, ensuring their success aligns with company goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless and tailored solutions to our clients.
• Proactively consult clients on additional services to enhance their business performance.
• Initiate and manage joint marketing campaigns and projects with clients.
• Analyze client feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement and service optimization.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports, monitoring key metrics to ensure targets are met.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles, ideally in e-commerce.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain long-term business relationships with clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively address client needs and concerns.
• Experience in creating and executing strategic account plans to meet business objectives.
• Familiarity with customer feedback analysis and experience in recommending and implementing service improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously, with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of online marketing, e-commerce, and digital tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English.
