MakesYouLocal helps webshops to expand and succeed abroad. Several of our clients are focusing on the German market, which is why we are looking for new colleagues to join our German team in Berlin!
In this position, you will be important to our clients’ success in this market. Together with your friendly and supportive team, you’ll help customers navigate any issues they run into while shopping online. Your goal? To make their experience as smooth and stress-free as possible, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and ready to shop. Your job will primarily be customer service by mail, chat, and phone calls—our German customers love to call and chat.
What do we expect from our next colleague?
We are looking for people with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers. Experience in a relevant field such as e-commerce, customer service, retail, hospitality or similar is a plus, however, the most important thing is a willingness to learn.
Must have:
First and foremost, a deep understanding of German customers' mindsets
Great German language skills
Great customer service skills - you love to help customers!
Be able to communicate in English, since our company language is English
You should also have:
Good computer skills and a willingness to learn new things
A team-player attitude
