What will you do?

• You're the friendly face behind the chat - aka the reason why customers think: ‘Oh, that was easy!’

• You answer questions by email, chat & phone - don't worry, we'll teach you so that you sound like a pro after week 1.

• You bring life to the social media accounts of our e-commerce clients—likes, DMs, comments, memes—because you get it.

• You think on your feet. If you think a webshop looks like 2006: say so. We celebrate honest feedback.

• You want to help people. Really. That's more important to us than 3 years of experience.

• You speak fluent Norwegian and solid English (our Slack channels are in English 😅)

• You can use a Mac without calling IT.
