Do you want to work with international e-commerce?

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Onboarding Manager to ensure a smooth start for our clients. You’ll be responsible for project managing the onboarding process, making sure everything runs efficiently and on schedule.

In this role, you will play a key part in our clients’ success. As part of the friendly and supportive Customer Success team, your mission is to ensure a seamless client experience. You will also assist our Native-speaking teams in onboarding new clients while serving as a vital link between multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Client Strategy Planning & Meetings

  • Understand clients’ business objectives and work alongside the organisation to reach their goals.

  • Maintain regular communication with our E-commerce Managers to stay updated on client operations

  • Participate in status meetings as needed and assess client satisfaction with our services

  • Be available to address client inquiries regarding invoices and other matters

Upselling & Business Growth

  • Promote MakesYouLocal’s services and products to enhance client success in international markets

  • Keep clients informed about new technologies, services, and products

Identifying New Opportunities

  • Utilize MakesYouLocal’s data and expertise to identify growth opportunities in existing and new markets

  • Present innovative ideas to clients and involve relevant stakeholders in discussions

Providing Feedback to the Organisation

  • Collect and present client feedback to support the continuous improvement of our services.

Skills & Personal Qualities

  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken

  • Excellent organisational and planning abilities

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building lasting relationships

  • A proactive, business-focused approach to problem-solving

  • A genuine commitment to supporting client success

  • Solid technical skills and familiarity with IT systems

  • Proven experience in project management, including Asana or similar project tools

  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a comparable role or on the client side

  • Background in E-commerce

This is a full-time position, and you will work from our office in Nordhavn.

Job requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar role or on the client side, preferably in E-commerce

Language: Proficient in English, both written and spoken

Project Management: Familiarity with Asana or similar project tools

Technical Skills: Strong IT skills and ability to work with business management tools

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Business Understanding: An understanding of cross-border E-commerce and international markets

Problem-solving: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Client Focus: Passion for supporting client success and improving services
