Scandinavian E-commerce assistants - Part-time & Full-time

MakesYouLocal helps webshops to expand and succeed abroad. Several of our clients are focusing on the Scandinavian markets, such as Denmark, Sweden and Norway which is why we are looking for new colleagues to join our team in Copenhagen!

In this position, you will be important to our clients’ success in these markets. Together with the team, you will help the customers with the issues they have, when shopping online. Your job will primarily be customer service by mail, chat and phone calls - our Scandinavian customers love to call and have a chat.

Our new colleagues should have a flair for the Scandinavian languages. You could be Danish, Swedish or Norwegian but be able to understand the Scandinavian languages and thereby be able to assist them with their issues by email, chat and phone.

What do we expect from our next colleague?

We are looking for people with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers. Experience in a relevant field such as e-commerce, customer service, retail, hospitality or similar is a plus, however, the most important thing is a willingness to learn.

Must have:

• First and foremost, a deep understanding of customers' mindsets 
• Great language skills within the Scandinavian languages, Danish, Swedish and Norwegian
• Great customer service skills - you love to help customers!
  
• Be able to communicate in English, since our company language is English

Nice to have:

• German language skills
  

You should also have:

• Good computer skills and a willingness to learn new things
• A team-player attitude
