Do you want to work with international e-commerce?


MakesYouLocal helps webshops to expand and succeed abroad. Several of our clients are focusing on markets across Europe, including Sweden, which is why we are looking for new colleagues to join our Swedish team in Copenhagen!

In this position, you will play an important part in our clients’ success in the Swedish market. Together with the team, you will help the customers with the issues they have, when shopping online. Your job will primarily be customer service by mail, chat and phone call - our Swedish customers love to call and have a chat.


Our new colleague should have excellent verbal and written skills in Swedish, and have a good understanding of Swedish customers' mindset, as well as first-hand knowledge of the culture.


What do we expect from our next colleague?

We are looking for people with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers. Experience in a relevant field such as e-commerce, customer service, retail, hospitality or similar is a plus, however, the most important thing is a willingness to learn.


Must have:

  • First and foremost, a deep understanding of customers' mindsets and first-hand knowledge of the culture
  • Native-level Swedish language skills, good command of written and spoken language.
  • Great customer service skills - you love to help customers!


You should also have:

  • Good computer skills and a willingness to learn new things
  • A team-player attitude


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Customer service (phone, chat, email)
  • Providing valuable feedback to clients to optimise the customer experience
