We are looking for an experienced profile to join us at our office in Copenhagen, Østerbro!

We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead to manage our International team of E-commerce assistants and Managers. Our international team consist of multiple nationalities. If you want to join the world of E-commerce, love employee development, and have great leadership skills, we can't wait to hear from you.

Our new colleague will work with all the aspects of launching and operating successful webshops. At the same time, he or she will coordinate and prioritise the tasks across the team and help develop team competencies with our Head of Operations.

It is also a part of the job to assist with customer service, translations, as well as monitor social media on behalf of the webshops we work with. In other words, you will be able to manage all the tasks related to running several webshops over time.


What do we expect from our next colleague?

We are looking for people with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers & colleagues. We expect that you have experience as a team lead or co-ordinator in a relevant field such as e-commerce, customer service or similar is a plus. The preferred candidate would be either from France, The Netherlands or Norway to accommodate the nationalities in the teams.


Must have:

  • First and foremost, a deep understanding of customers' mindsets and first-hand knowledge of the culture in either France, The Netherlands or Norway.

  • Native-level language skills, good command of written and spoken language.

  • To have an analytical mindset and be able to spot problems and come up with solutions

  • To have an interest in helping and developing your employees

  • Have relevant experience with leading a team, as a Coordinator or a Team Lead


You should also have:

  • Good computer skills and a willingness to learn new things

  • A team-player attitude

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • The overall responsibility for the team

  • Having monthly 1-1s & annual performance reviews

  • Make sure you have the right resources and competencies in the team

  • Be a part of solving the team's tasks
